Three steps to sanity.
1. The Sift
Sift 1 tsp of House Matcha to remove clumps. This is non-negotiable for foam.
2. The Whisk
Add 2oz hot (not boiling) water. Whisk in a 'W' motion until an electric green foam appears.
3. The Pour
Pour over your milk and ice. Watch the layers settle. Take a breath. Drink.
